How we helped SeeMe develop their own brand story and viual identity to shake up the women's professional development industry.

The challenge

The lack of female communities in C-suite roles, poor representation and loneliness are just a few of the issues that working women are facing today. That’s what motivated Eghosa Oriaikhi to start SeeMe, a community that would reimagine how ambitious women achieve success, by offering coaching services, masterclasses and social events. Our mission was to help her to take SeeMe from the idea stage to a fully fleshed out brand.

The outcome

We designed SeeMe’s visual identity completely from scratch, capturing the passion and boldness in their new logo and brand style guidelines. We have also prepared assets and done art direction for their social media content to spread SeeMe’s values and message effectively.

The power of seeing

Seeing is not just about what we observe with our physical eyes, but also about what we envision for ourselves in the future. It's about having the confidence and the courage to see what's possible, even when the path ahead is uncertain.

Ambitious women often limit themselves by believing that certain things are impossible for us to achieve. Whether it's due to the upbringing, the environment, or self-doubt, they may not even attempt to reach for the life they truly deserve, because they don't see them as a realistic possibility. But sometimes, all it takes is seeing someone else who has achieved the seemingly impossible to inspire others to believe that they can do it too.

Envision your full potential

Envision your full potential is a powerful reminder that what we see is often limited by our own experiences and perceptions. By exposing ourselves to new stories and perspectives, we can expand our vision and open ourselves up to new possibilities.

Through Seeme, we aim to provide a platform where ambitious women can see themselves in the stories and experiences of others, and be inspired to pursue their own dreams and goals.

Logo animations with stretching and using logo as a frame.

Example of an animated poster utilizing graphic elements from the logo.

rectangle

Our logo is inspired by the idea of revealing something previously invisible or hidden. The rectangle in the middle is red, which represents passion and action. The rectangle also acts as a frame which can be filled with meaning and context.

It is an ever evolving, dynamic element that that will reflect the individuals we focus on our initiative as a brand and the stories we want to tell

The red rectangle is our main, repeating and the most important visual element. Apart from the usage in the logo, the red rectangle can appear as a separate graphic element on its own.

For the logo we primarily use the main version and the 3:5 and 3:1 aspect ratio are for animation purposes. The extended version can also be used on marketing materials in certain situations.

Not only rectangle

It’s not just a rectangle that we use as graphic elements. What makes the identity is the curvature. It morphs, expands and reveals.

That’s why we’ve come up with a simple pattern generation based on a random 3x3 grid of squares with applied seeme styling. We call it "glyph".

rectangle as a frame

Sometimes the logo acts as a frame. It can have text, images, layouts inside. The more things there are inside the frame the lesser becomes the rounding of the corners.

The only unwanted usage is when there is just one line of text inside of it. That could potentially confuse you into thinking it’s the primary logo.
